If a user registers an account by providing a false age, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration
2.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or from the same device will be considered a violation of the rules, and all associated accounts may be closed.
2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. 1333bet may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. Registering with false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
User Responsibilities
3.1 Personal Use
The account may only be used by the account holder. Placing bets on behalf of third parties, collecting bonuses for others, or acting on behalf of any professional betting syndicate is prohibited.
3.2 Keeping Information Up to Date
If any personal information changes — such as a mobile number or payment account — the account details must be updated immediately. 1333bet will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
3.3 Responsible Conduct
Every user is encouraged to bet responsibly at all times. Be mindful not to bet beyond your means. Following 1333bet's Responsible Gaming Guidelines is strongly recommended for all users.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
1333bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 across all methods. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits will be reflected in your account after successful processing.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.4 Legitimacy of Funds
Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If 1333bet suspects that funds are connected to money laundering or any illegal activity, it reserves the right to verify or suspend the relevant account.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
1333bet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonuses may only be used for betting or gaming purposes. They cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the wagering requirement. Winnings earned from bonus funds are also withdrawable once the wagering conditions are met.
- Each user may benefit from each promotion only once.
- If any irregularity is found in meeting the conditions for claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 1333bet reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or discontinue it at any time.
- Bonus funds are never to be treated as free cash.
5.3 VIP Program
The 1333bet VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each level, returning a portion of the net losses for the week. Bronze level receives up to 0.2%, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, and Platinum 0.8% weekly cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless it is automatically voided due to the event being cancelled. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body or game provider.
6.2 Odds Changes
Odds displayed before a bet is confirmed may change. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error in the system, 1333bet reserves the right to void that bet.
6.3 Live Gaming
Live casino games are operated by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other recognised providers. The results of live dealer games are determined entirely in real time and cannot be altered by any user.
6.4 System Disruptions
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of internet connection or any other technical reason, the game state is saved on the server and will resume normally once reconnected. If you experience any issue with this, please contact live chat.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333bet platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
- Using betting software, bots, crawlers, or any other automated method.
- Attempting to manipulate game results or participating in match fixing.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or hacking.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets professionally on behalf of third parties or operating an agency.
- Selling, transferring, or renting out an account.
Account Suspension
8.1 Grounds for Suspension
1333bet may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
- The user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
- Suspicious payment activity is detected.
- Repeated attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in games are made.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Remaining Balance
If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any valid balance will generally be returned to the user. However, the balance may be withheld while an active investigation is ongoing.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Guarantee
1333bet is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted for technical reasons, or may be unavailable during maintenance or upgrades. 1333bet is not liable for losses incurred in such situations.
9.2 Third-Party Services
Game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) are independent third parties. 1333bet is not directly liable for technical issues with their games, but will assist in resolving them.
9.3 Betting-Related Losses
Financial losses from betting or gaming are the result of the user's own decisions. 1333bet is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from betting or gaming. The risk of losing money when gambling always exists and users must take that into account when playing.
Data Protection

Personal information is never sold to third parties. However, information may need to be disclosed to authorities due to legal obligations or investigative requirements. Necessary information may be shared with relevant financial institutions for payment verification.
Changes to Terms
11.1 Right to Make Changes
1333bet reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website before they take effect.
11.2 User Responsibility
Continuing to use the platform after changes to the Terms means you accept the updated Terms. It is the user's own responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed about the latest Terms.
11.3 Notification

Dispute Resolution
12.1 How to Submit a Complaint

12.2 Resolution Process
After receiving a complaint, it will be reviewed properly and resolved as quickly as possible. In disputes regarding game results, the server logs and data from the relevant game provider will be considered as final evidence.
